What does it mean to be fit?

Finding a different meaning is difficult. According to one dictionary, durability refers to “the quality or state of being. The definition of “fit” is: physical and mental. If you find those words vague, you are not alone. And that's the point, according to exercise experts. Strength does not have to mean that you are an ultra-marathon runner or that you can do one or a hundred runs. Strength can mean different things to different people. Traditionally, experts have described five key factors for fitness: body composition (moderate amount of fat and lean muscle mass), body mass or aerobic strength, flexibility, muscle strength and muscle endurance, according to the American College of Sports Medicine. But you can't reduce the impact of healthy eating, sleep, and mental and emotional health and being on a high level. That means being attractive does not mean that you are worthless. “Some people are very concerned about their appearance and their numbers, but they are motivated by self-esteem and criticism of their physical appearance. Some sacrifice relaxation and sleep for the sake of greater success but, then, pushing their bodies into illness or fatigue, Strength is a state of physical well-being that should balance our physical and emotional motives. ”

When all aspects of strength are balanced, both physically and mentally, we gain the greatest benefit. Physical activity and stamina are particularly prevalent among today's new generation we are busy enjoying the splendor of mobile, laptop and TV at an alarming rate and it does not work and matures in every day. Involvement in electrical devices is not bad as long as it is used as a source of entertainment for a limited time.     India Fitness Statistics

    We hear about the importance of living a healthy and active life almost always, to the extent that you would expect it to change the lives of many people who have been living sedentary lives. Yes, the truth is far beyond our comprehension. Although most Indians want to live a healthier life, lack of motivation and time makes it difficult to do so, according to a new study from a market intelligence agency, Mintel. The sample study group was 3,000 Indian adults aged 18 years and older. According to a survey, about two thirds (64%) of Indians say they do not exercise. Interestingly, while nearly half (46%) of consumers say that leading a healthy lifestyle is the most important thing to them, only 37% of them are physically active.

    A Mintel study revealed that lack of time as a major barrier to exercise for about a third (31%) of consumers says they do not have time to exercise. They also point out that Indians tend to opt for basic exercise routines - about two-thirds (67%) of Indians who exercise regularly. This is followed by 26% of Indians doing yoga / pilates / CrossFit, 11% doing cardio and team sports (eg football, cricket), respectively, and 10% doing physical exercises (e.g. squats). They consider choosing basic forms of exercise that exercises that involve exercise and exercise classes are often more expensive. The study also studied the growth in the introduction of the sports nutrition product in 2018; in the total presentation seen in the sports nutrition category between 2015-2018 in India, 65% happened in 2018. Of the sports sports food products introduced in India in 2018, 93% had active claims. Specifically, ‘weight gain and muscle gain’ (69%), ‘strength’ (45%) and ‘immune system’ (22%) are some of the top active claims in the Indian sports brand category. However, there seems to be a lack of awareness as 13% of Indians say they do not know enough about sports food products and 11% believe these products are dangerous if eaten without strenuous exercise, Mintel research shows.
